Ingredients for 2 kids
- 1 banana
- 4 orange or apple segments
- 1 bar of milk or dark chocolate
(30g should be enough)
- small fruit like raspberries or grapes (just a few)
Instructions
Start by peeling the banana and cutting it into two lengthwise. Put it to one side.
At this point, take the chocolate and melt it in a bowl over hot water or in the microwave. Be careful not to let it burn or you won’t be able to use it.
Meanwhile, prepare your little fruits: wash raspberries, grapes or bilberries and put them in a bowl, you will need them in a minute.
Once the chocolate melts, get two small plates.
Now take one of the banana halves and dip it in the melted chocolate. Then put this half on one of the two plates, cut side up or down, as you prefer. Do the same with the other banana.
Now take the small fruits and place the raspberries, bilberries or grapes on one of the two banana halves as if they were the aeroplane windows. Repeat with the other banana half.
Once you are happy with the result, put the two plates into the freezer for about 15-20 minutes to set the chocolate.
While you are waiting, prepare the orange or apple segments.
When the bananas have set, take the two plates out of the freezer and add the apple or orange segments: perfect as the aeroplane wings and tail.
